Shipping

In-Stock items ship SAME or NEXT day and reach most destinations within 1 to 3 days.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

If an item is not eligible for free shipping or is being shipped to a non U.S. address, a shipping quote will be automatically generated. For international shipments, the quote may not reflect possible duties imposed by the country the item is being shipped to.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, etc.). If the item is returned for different reasons, there may be a return shipping fee. (Clearance and custom made items not eligible.)

You should expect to receive your refund within a few days of your return. The time it takes your bank to process our refund request may delay the process.

If you need to return an item, simply contact us via chat or email or login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
