Shipping policy

Timeline

We strive to package and ship orders as quickly as possible. The usual processing time for stock items is 1-2 business days. Most customizable products are produced in 3-5 business days, however, may take longer depending on order complexity, number of incoming orders, supplier delays. Production of company logos and detailed custom orders created by working with one of our suppliers' designers may take 4-8 weeks from the date of design approval. Production times may increase during the holidays or due to circumstances beyond our or our suppliers control. You may contact customer service at hey@decorusa.com at any time to request order updates or prior to making a purchase to inquire about estimated production times.

"Most" products are shipped via USPS and usually reach their destination within 1-3 days of pickup from our facility.

Costs

Within the U.S. shipping costs for orders under $99 may vary based on the item or a flat rate will be presented at checkout. Orders over $99 may ship free, depending on current promotions and/or product type.  Shipping costs and free shipping availability or thresholds may change without notice.  Any changes will be reflected on the homepage of decorusa.com or at checkout.

We do not offer free shipping for International orders.  Shipping quote will be provided at checkout, however, the quote does not include any customs fees and/or duties if applicable.
